Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a service call?

During regular service hours, a service call is $75. This is our trip charge and diagnostic fee, which covers the technician's trip to your house, the inspection upon arrival, the diagnosis, and the repair quote. Any repairs or parts needed to repair a system is an additional cost and will be quoted by the technician.

If the call is during our emergency service hours, the trip charge and diagnostic fee is $150.

Can I call on the weekends for service?

Our regular service hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. However, we have a technician on call every evening, weekend, and holiday in case of emergency service. If you are without air during the summer or without heat in the winter and would like emergency service, you can call us at (864) 638-2402 and follow the prompts to receive emergency service.

Is my HVAC system under warranty?

If we installed your system it will have a 10 year manufacturer warranty from the date of installation. Each system installed in 2021 or later will have a 5 year labor warranty unless it was upgraded to a 10 year labor warranty. If your system was installed by someone else, you will need to check with the manufacturer to determine the warranty.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer 0% APR for 60 Months for qualified buyers. If interested, book an appointment with one of our Comfort Advisors and be sure to let them know you will be applying for financing.

Do you install ductwork?

Yes! We will replace existing ductwork in a home if it is damaged or needs upgrading. We also work with local contractors to install ductwork in new construction homes.
